Council History
The Immaculate Conception Council #11449 was chartered on December 8, 1994 (The Feast Day of the Immaculate Conception) as a Parish Council in the Immaculate Conception RC Church of Astoria, New York. From its founding, Our Council and its members have been dedicated to restoring and maintaining Family Values in our Parish and Community. To this aim, its members have earned the designation of Star Council, the highest award given by the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council, three years in a row; a significant accomplishment for such a new council. We have also been privileged to have been visited by our Supreme Chaplain, Bishop Thomas V. Daily, (see above) for a Second Degree of the Order held in his honor. |

Our Council meets at 8:00 PM every 2nd & 4th Wednesdays in the Immaculate Conception School Hall 21-47 29th Street, Astoria, N.Y. 11105. |
